What are the new changes in the Labor Law? Why should I care?
The Ministry of Labor has announced new changes to the UAE Labor Law. These changes mean that companies need to present proof that they are keeping provisions for Gratuity in-line with the labor law. Inability to comply will lead to hefty fines that can be easily avoided.
